What discounts do DVC Members receive?

I am hoping that if my resale contract passes ROFR (getting more nervous by the DAY!) that I will soon be a DVC Member. Can someone summarize the discounts or is there something Disney sends me once I am a member? I sometimes see discounts mentioned on the boards. Thanks!

Discounts can change year to year.

Biggest new discount is off of annual passes. DVC now gets a bigger discount than the regular Florida Residents discount. That is the DVC discount is bigger than any other groups' discount.

Don't have the 2005 listing, but for 2004 discounts are:
Theme park restaurants (10-20% off) at selected restaurants for selected meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner). (5-restaurants listed)

Other Restaurants with 10% discounts:
All Star Cafe
Rainforest Cafe
Various WDW resorts: (10 restaurants listed)
Downtown Disney (10-15%) (8 restaurants listed)
Swan/Dolphin (20%) (10-restaurants listed)


Miscellaneous:
Photography sitting fee (10%)
Ghirardelli (Sweet Gift with $10 purchase)
House of Blues (10% merchandise)
Rainforest Cafe (15% merchandise)
Basin: 10% off merchandise

Tours:
15% off tours (11-tours listed)

Spa:
10% off spa treatments (3-spas listed. note: Guessing SSR will be added for 2005 perks)

Attractions:
Park Hopper Tickets (no longer available in 2005)
Richard Petty Driving Experience
Sammy Duvall Watersports centre
Blizzard Beach ($4/$3 discounts per ticket)
Typhoon Lagoon ($4/$3 discounts per ticket)
15% Disney Dolphins in Depth, DiveQuest, Seas Aqua Tour
$4/$3 per ticket discount Disney Quest, 10% discount FoodQuest

Repeating: those are 2004 discounts. 2005 discounts may have changed.

I recieved a Perk Pages April, May, June 2005 from our guide on our SSR tour. Some new perks are on the Annual pass as stated by Caskbill. The savings is $100 off an adult annual pass and $85 off a child annual pass. Florida annual pass $20 off adult and $17 off child. AP renewal $75 off adult & $64 off child. Premium annual pass, $125 off adult & $106 off child. Florida resident premium AP $25 off adult & $21 off child. PAP renewal $95 off adult and $80 off child.

For a newly discounted price of $50 DVC members can get a DVC Annual Golf Membership. This includes the member and up to 3 guests with special discounted per-round pricing after 10 am at all 6 WDW golf courses for a full year from date of purchase. Also grants members exclusice benefits such a complimentary golf bag storage, club transfer service, a special tee gift and transportation to any WDW golf course from select WDW resort hotels. Plus members will also receive free golf club and shoe rentals.

15% off MK park tours including Mickey's Magical Milestones, Keys to the kingdom, Disneys Family Magic, & the Magic behind or steam trains
Also 15% off select AK, Epcot and Resort tours.

20% off select spa treatments at SSR

San Angel Inn was added to receive 10% discount on lunch
McDonalds @ DD Market place 20% off lunch or dinner extra value meal . also receive one breakfast sandwich free when one of equal value or less is purchased.
