What discounts are we eligible for in regular ressies?

I just wanted to pose this question to fellow DVC members. All my points for this year and next are tied up so I must make a regular ressie at a value resort at the end of September for a trial run of my make up and hair for our wedding.

My mother is coming with me as a girls weekend. We will be staying from Sept 28- Oct 1st.

I am a DVC member
Annual Pass holder
Disney Visa card holder

What discounts can be applied to a PACKAGE ressie? I'd really like to add the dining plan so that my mum can experience it and decide if she will be using it for her ressie on our wedding.

I hope this makes sense. I'm not able to move around the house to pull up all my files b/c I'm on pain meds that make me very dizzy. I had my wisdom teeth removed the day before yesterday so I'm firmly planted in the bed and can't go anywhere so I'm hoping that some of you can fill me in on the info I need. TIA!

AP - Discount on room only, non-package ressies

Disney Visa - I don't know - I don't have one.

Check out mousesavers.com - I believe they just released some codes for Visa holders (may be after Oct 1 though). There are also some codes for Sept. that expire 8/18. Good Luck!

Thanks so much Beca. The up side is that it gives me an excuse not to do any house work


We did figure out what to do. Instead of booking a package I am booking a moderate with the AP discount of $45 off per night and I will be using a DDE card for discounts on meals. I'll just explain how the DDP works to my mother while we are there and hope she remembers it. Thanks for all the help!
