What dining experience have you been meaning to try but never got there?!

I have wanted to try 50's Prime Time for the last four trips, but did HW&V 2x and Mama Melrose 1x instead for the Fantasmic package and value on the dining plan. I had it booked for my trip next month, but just cancelled it again for HW&V with Fantasmic. I am determined to go during my October trip!

Raglan Road ADRs get made and cancelled every trip, as does California Grill. I make Raglan Road for DH because I know he will love the food. I also know it's not really my style, although I know I can find something I will enjoy on the menu. I just always find somewhere else to try instead. (The noise people speak of is a turnoff for me too. I have a hard time hearing if there is too much background noise. Not a knock on the restaurant, just my ears)

Same problem here about the noise. We have always made ADR's for before the dancing/music starts on midweek days to avoid it (4pm on weekdays but 12pm on weekends) but STILL haven't made it. I want the 'three times a boxty' and 'ger's pudding' before they change the menu!

San Angel Inn. I cancel the reservation every time after I read so many mixed reviews. I have it for May and I am keeping it!

We've had reservations for San Angel Inn more than once, and have cancelled each time. Looking at some of the more recent posts makes me want to give it a shot again!

We just went there in December. They had great margaritas and appetizers. The entree was pretty good too but I was way too full from the appetizers and margaritas to really eat much of it.

Raglan Road and The Yachtsman are really the only two places we had planned on eating at and wound up not being able to make it fit into our schedule (and in the YM case, our budget after we thought about it). If we ever hit Lotto, I'd love to do the private dining experience at V&A in the Queen Victoria Room - but at $250 a pop it may never happen.

Plaza for me. Every time, the ADR gets cancelled. I have made ADR's for lunch and dinner and for some reason, something comes up. DD wants QS lunch, everyone is too full from lunch... ugh! It is on this list for July...again ::yes::

Cape May Cafe. Always seems to get added to our schedule, but then replaced in favor of something else. Happened again this year lol.

I have an ADR for Cape May in a couple of weeks. I'll probably cancel it. lol

Cali Grill always gets cancelled for price. I don't care how good it is, I just can't justify it when we could eat somewhere else and be just as happy.

For me, it is Chefs de France. The menu looks great but I know we'll keep picking somewhere else.

I'm kind of concerned about the noise at Raglan Road too. I also have a Cali Grill ADR I will probably cancel. lol It is so expensive!

Good to know! Maybe I'll think about it now if I can go during the week for lunch. Less crowded and less noisy.

Chefs de France - I always forgo this one for something else ....but I'll get there
Yachtsman Steakhouse - never been but it's on my next trip list - whenever that may be
Skippers Canteen - new since we were last at The World - looks like one we'd enjoy
Akershus or CRT - haven't eaten in the Castle since my boys were born. I keep telling them I'll
get a princess meal again someday!

Jiko - Been meaning to dine there, I love the signatures, but haven't made it yet.
Few weeks to go until my bday trip in March, I think I'm going to try and squeeze it in somewhere.

Several of the TS restaurants in Epcot I haven't tried yet...San Angel Inn, Nine Dragons, Via Napoil.
Via Napoli especially. I love pizza and don't want to order a whole pizza that I can't eat since most of the time I go to Disney Solo

DH and I LOVE San Angel Inn, we were a little hesitant at first about it (I too have read so many mixed reviews on it) and we finally decided to just try it. So glad that we did :goodvibes.

For us it is O'Hana (dinner). We have been there for breakfast many times, just haven't eaten there for dinner. However, we have a reservation there in June and I cannot wait...I can finally see (or taste) what all the hype is all about.

San Angel Inn - just for the atmosphere. But my family is not craxy about Mexican food so we never make a reservation.

The Wave - breakfast buffet/lunch/dinner. I keep hearing rave reviews and it keeps going back on my list - but got cut from our next trip AGAIN because I really want to do Cali Grill brunch. And it seems a bit overkill to travel to the same resort twice for meals. (Although I have my eye on the Contempo Cafe for QS too!)

I finally did Raglan Rd last trip and enjoyed it. No big itch to return though.

Garden Grill (we get too hungry to wait till we get to the park to eat breakfast so we cancel it every time),
Sanaa (so far from everything but AK, but we are staying at AKL so we are doing it this year!),
Tusker House (again, too hungry to wait! We have a super picky eater so dinner is a no-go),
Sci Fi Dine In (we love 50s Prime Time and always do it for our one "big" TS meal when we are at DHS. And DHS is a once per trip visit, so we never get to go to Sci Fi)

I've always wanted to try Biergarten because it looks like a fun atmosphere! I avoided it in the past due to bad reviews, but I've seen some better ones recently so I think I'm going to give it a try!

Hollywood Brown Derby. We have had ressies at least twice over the years and canceled

Brown Derby - always seems to be booked near the end of our trip when I'm all dining planned out and end up cancelling.
Ohana dinner - we do breakfast every trip, but never dinner. Fixing that this year and hope to land an ADR for our upcoming trip
San Angel Inn - I always book it and then replace it with a tried and true fave in Epcot. Maybe we'll get to it this year?
