What did you have for dinner last night?

Roasted a piece of pork loin. I used a sage, cayenne pepper, black pepper, garlic powder and oregano rub on it. Had a twice baked potato and blanched spinach on the side.

I made a warm pasta salad with bow tie pasts, chicken, olives, artichokes, olive oil, garlic and a few spices. Finished my spinach in a side salad.

Am trying to remember last night?.... Um.... lets see.... nope sorry can't have been too tasty, for my taste buds are not recollecting said entree....... oh well.... sometimes that happens.... :faint:

Late night snack?

I had chicken pot pie and salad.

I guess so....I really do not like eating that late but I was so hungry......and the cheddar dog was super easy to make. lol

Oh man, that sounds gooooooood!!! I wish I had me a man who cooked.....lol I do all the cooking in our house. :) Well, unless DD12 wants to cook or I'm sick, then everyone gets their own food. lol :)

For the past 2 days I was working for the bar so part of that was a free dinner, I got the same thing both nights because it's just good.....a sandwich called the Italian, it's salami, pepperoni and ham with provolone, grilled with Italian dressing......yummy!!!! Just had my other half from last night for lunch. :)

Well check out what I had tonight.

Waffles with bannanas and whip cream.

Sounds tasty Pixie

Tacos from Taco Bell .... I like Taco Bell. I was hoping to see their Chihuahua, but he was off that day. Oh well..... maybe next time. I hear they pay him in tacos and dog biscuits. Sounds good to me.

I made chicken breasts, oven baked, with French herbs (really, from France lol), garlic and capers, homemade mac & cheese made with Velveeta and white cheddar, crescent rolls, peas, beets and salad. I did multiple veggies because I have picky veggie eaters. :) It was good stuff!!!

A groumet turkey dog. I don't like hot dogs but DS does and I grilled mine black. Made some over baked potato chips and cole slaw for the sides.

I'm not big on hot dogs either but I do like brats occasionally. Last night DD15 made dinner, so it was Hamburger Helper Lasagne and crescent rolls....we eat a lot of crescent rolls....lol

I baked some chicken breast, with a little ranch dressing and semi crush corn flakes on top. It may sound wierd but it's a good recipe.

I had rolls, salad, celery and carrot sticks and some steamed broccoli on the side.

So, spread some ranch on top and then the corn flakes on top? I did something similar once but I used crushed BBQ potato chips instead of corn flakes. We aren't big corn flake eaters but we almost always have an almost empty bag of BBQ chips in the house. lol

Last night was the marching band meeting (I have to go because I'm the dine & donate planner and I'm also the chair for the upcoming first annual St Patrick's Day dinner!) so that ended at 8, dinner was Panda Express. lol I had chow mien, Beijing beef and pot stickers, added a glass of Pink Moscato and a glass of water and dinner was yummy!

Yeah it's that simple, dressing and slightly crushed cornflakes. I've done potato chip too, but the corflakes are a bit crisper and not hard and oily like the chips. It's just what a I prefer.

Chinese was sounding good to me, so at the store I got some cabbage to stir fry, not with a particular night in mind.

I had this home made mac and cheese, though I needed some meat so made a small meat loaf. Salad on the side, my slightly wilted spinach bag is now done.

I like Chinese, I need to find a good Chinese place near me, unfortunately we have the Panda or a crappy place with rude owners. lol

Last night was tacos, everyone's favorite. :)

Let's see, Saturday DBF made us egg sandwiches, they were super good!! Yesterday we basically snacked all day and I made chili in the crock pot as well. Yummy!

I made a chili cheese dip to start the game with, and finished the game with pizza.
