Lentil Chili. It was ok, I wish I could use up those lentils and be done with them.

I love lentil soup especially if it is cooked with smoked ham hock. Yum! When you serve yourself a bowl, add a tad bit of vinegar to it. I love that combination of ingredients. So try that recipe.

Pan roasted pork chops in chicken broth, sprinked with rosemary. Then I made a gravy by adding more chicken broth to the used chicken broth. Thickened is with cornstartchand added in sliced green onion and craisins. Has a spinach side salad too.

And Skiingfast - I'm growing kale. Man oh man is it ever slow growing. It would make the cutest little kale chips though. Someday next year, we may have kale!

I am hoping for a huge slice of justice, with one whopper of a serving of retribution to be served up as soon as possible. In the meantime, last night it was pizza, pepperoni with pineapple. Yum!

Cheese burger,cheese burger, cheese burger! And of course it had meat too. With fries, and a Coke. Oh, and a side salad too. Then a small ice cream for dessert.

I dug in the freezer and found some vegetable soup. I think it's from Fall of 2010. I don't remember making it or having some of the ingradients in recent months.

I had Chili's with friends, I had the crispy chicken tacos with rice and beans. Good stuff!! I have half for lunch today.

I had a weird night last night, I didn't get home until 9 and didn't eat until almost 11.....I had a cheddar dog while I watched my recording of Big Bang Theory.
