Last night, for our Valentine's dinner, I made filet mignon with garlic, capers, onion, mushrooms and bacon in a red wine reduction, served with roasted potatoes and asparagus cooked with garlic, capers and bacon. OMG, it was sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good!!! For dessert we had a "chocolate covered strawberry" cake. It was chocolate cake mix and strawberry cake mix layered in a Bundt pan with colored frosting drizzled on top. YUMMY!!
