What did you have for dinner last night?

Grill burgers to have with some cold veggies.

I was lucky enough to have a friend bring me Panda Express tonight. If only I wasn't in a retirement community I could have had some real Chinese food.

That sounds like a tough group! ;) How old are you? Retirement sounds nice.

:rotfl:

We had a roast, roasted veggies (potatoes, beets, squash, zucchini, mushrooms, onions), cucumber salad. Then we had pear crisp for dessert.

Grill brats and a skewer of oiled zuchinni. With a spring mix and olive salad.

***olives!!! :thumbsup2 I think I could have just olives for dinner and everything would be fine in the world to me!

Had to go to the ol' standby spaghetti for dinner. Yeccch.

Oh now that sounds painful for the brats. Is't there a law against that sort of thing? :rotfl:

I love black olives! So I can relate. :) Matter of fact, sometimes I will just eat olives for x meal or as a snack.

Was that freshly caught Tuna? Or did it come from China?
Last night I dined upon Taco Bell........ run for the border... and if the beans end up being bad, you just might run elsewhere instead. ;)

I have never tried stir frying vegetarians before, I'm thinking that they might not like it................................... ;) he he....

This evening it was Chinese food. Yum! Lemon Chicken, Sweet and Sour Pork, and Chicken Chow Mien. :cloud9:

Grilled Brats again, burning them to a little bit crisp.

I had some brats myself tonight. Cooked them on a skillet rather than a grill that was a first for me.

BBQ'ed chicken and brats are the best when a little charred! Double yeouch! :rotfl:

Chinese here too, with pot stickers and stir fried pork rice. Yeouch!

Roasted a small chicken and mashed some yukon golds. Had some fava beans too.

My uncle went and got Panda Express for everyone that was down here today. So I had that, and I've already snacked on the leftovers.

fava beans, please explain......sounds interesting!

DH made Kung Pao Chicken! Excellent! And I made dessert which back in the 70's used to be called a Robert Redford since it was the next best thing to Robert Redford. Not sure what it's called now, it's a chocolate pudding thing with a walnut crust, Cool Whip, powdered sugar, cream cheese and slivered almonds. To die for!!! Not that we eat this way normally, but we were delivering a meal to someone, so we made the same for ourselves.
