What did you get this holiday season?

OK so it turns out. I am a master guitar rock star. Yup, our family got Guitar Hero 3 and it turns out I am a natural.

My kids, sadly were pathetic...

they just stood there like it was... well a video game!

Boy did I show them!

They never heard of the eddie van halen flying split...

they never heard of the angus young bob

they never heard of the Pete Townshend sma.... uh... well never mind that. Besides nobody got hurt anyways... well Nobody got seriously hurt so it really wasnt that big a deal!

So from now on I think we should drop the Grace title and maybe title me grand master A or something to fit my new rock star persona!

i got to go to disney for the 24th and 25th. and then i got "my dream" to come true at disney! I met the evil queen and at 36 my knees were shaking i was so happy. i have been to disney 6 time in the last 18 months and she has never been there, talk about fun. we chatted for a few minutes while my birthday husband took pics and she told me if i saw her step daughter to tell her that she THE queen made my day and i asked her, "why would i wait in line for her?" and she laughed, considering how stern she was trying to be it made my day, month and even year, it really was the year that dreams came true.
oh and aengus shall we call you the rock king? merry christmas!

I finally got a Wii and played some Wii Sports for the first time today. That stuff is addictive. I also have Zelda: Twilight Princess and Mario Galaxy, which I haven't played either of them yet.

I've never played any Guitar Hero games, so I don't know how good I'd be, but I'm a master of both Donkey Konga games and it's the same basic premise.

We were in Orlando for Christmas Eve day. We didn't go to any of the parks but we visited 4 Disney hotels to see the decorations and Downtown Disney to buy some VMK pin sets, and do some other stuff in Orlando. woot.

Queenj! That is AMAZING!!

Our Christmas was practically nonexistent for several reasons, to tell you the truth. But Other Half is getting me a digital SLR camera, which will be wonderful. Maybe I'll actually start taking pictures again, even! I never do anymore because I don't have time or energy to deal with film and the developing thereof, so the digital will be great.

I got: laptop, clothes, money, 3/4 size air hockey, various video games, various books and a new TV off my grandparents.

Heh, the money I will use on a laptop bag or whatever I see in the shops. You can have the MySims game for the wii, we got it from the US but the wii has a darn region lock.

I got Guitar Hero III too, we're playing it now. I also got an iPod touch, which I'm posting from and $70 in iTunes gift cards. I got some other stuff, but I don't want to post it all... LOL

We're proud owners of GH ,GH2,GH3, and the 80's edition....no we aren't hooked!! LOL We also have 4 guitars and of course mine is decorated in winnie the pooh, that way the kids won't touch it! My dream would be for them to come out with a build your own play list edition, as I have favorites from every version!
For the Wii lovers, we got Wii playground and laughed ourselves silly playing dodgeball, tetherball and paper airplanes....
