Restaurants you miss

As I'm prone to do, I'd like to put a little different twist on restaurants I miss.

The original Tomorrowland Terrace (now Cosmic Ray's) when Michael Iceberg performed live shows on the Incredible Iceberg Machine (worlds better than the Sonny Eclipse animatronic loop).

The Diamond Horseshoe when it was home to the Diamond Horseshoe Review instead of an "overflow" dining room for Liberty Tree Tavern.

King Stefan's Banquet Hall (now Cinderella's Royal Table) when you could walk up that morning and make your dinner reservation.

The Empress Lilly (now Paddlefish) when it looked like an elegant river boat and not a gray barge.

This QS service spot is still here but I miss pecos bill when they used to have a fajita platter and a toppings bar. MK QS is so bad but this was such a great option especially for the price as my wife and I could spilt a fajita platter with how much food you got for $14 or so.

Spice Road Table. I know, I know. It is still there, but it is no where near the same since Disney took it over. Menu selection, quality, and service took a nosedive.
Totally agree, the glorified event space is nowhere near what it used to be.

I would love any affordable option to get inside Be Our Guest. Or at least go all out and make it a character meal.

I am one of the few who actually still likes Be Our Guest, even with the prix fixe menuy, but I do miss the lunch. I also agree that they could offer more - make it a character meal, or at least bring back the after dinner meet opportunity - add Belle too! There is no reason not to offer it at that price.

I also enjoy the prix fixe menu, but I think it should only be for dinner. It's hard to justify the price every trip.

I agree. Even if they did a prix fixe lunch with different options, that would be okay. I mean, I don't usually want a rich meal of French onion soup and steak for lunch! Make it a bit less expensive, and maybe only do any character experiences with dinner. That would work for me.

The restaurant is still there but I miss brunch at California Grill
Yes, a 1000 times yes.One of the few places I would jockey for position at 6:00 am. The brunch at Narcoossee’s was good while it lasted too.
