I used frozen. Just substituted for the blueberries in the blueberry muffin recipe.

Southern baked macaroni and cheese. It’s a different type of mac and cheese than most recipes as it uses canned milk and eggs to kind of make a custard around the pasta and cheese. It is so rich and so yummy!

Dark chocolate and fresh raspberries brownie birthday cake.

It was a new recipe and I was nervous because it was a last minute bake for a special occasion after a devil's food cake fail (the oil was off, I think).

I am making blueberry muffins in remembrance of my granddaughter who passed at 6 years old. She loved fruit and especially blueberries. She will be gone six years tomorrow.

I'm so sorry for your loss. What a lovely way to remember her. I bet they were delicious.

I baked the chocolate cakes and made the marshmallow fondant for my twins’ graduation party this weekend. They’re currently in the freezer. Tomorrow I’ll get the buttercreams made. One requested raspberry, the other, chocolate. I’ll have to wait to assemble either late Friday night or early Sat morning. The graduation itself is at I highly inconvenient time…Friday at 5:30. Don’t they know I have cakes to make?!
