Got XMAS eve 8:15 show Hooray

Christmas Eve 6:45 show...but did not get Le Cellier afterwards as desired...settled with Beirgarten......

After being on hold for 2 hours & 22 minutes, my call finally got answered. We are going Dec 24th, 5:00 pm PS at Le Cellier with 8:15 pm show. Looking forward to my first CP.

I had to try several times but got Xmas eve @ 6:45 and Japan for 8:30. Wanted Le Cellier but it was booked. No biggy just happy to get through.

I am going on December 6 at 8:15 with a 5:10 ps at Le'Cellier..wanted a 6:00 ps but it was all booked already.

We are going December 20 to Le Cellier for 4:40 p.m. dinner and the 6:45 .m. show. I called 7:00 a.m. and got right through - then I LOST THE SIGNAL ON MY CELL PHONE! I about died! Was right in the middle of booking and no signal. Tried to call back and of course was on hold for an hour. Had to go to work, so I called back three hours later. Luckily we weren't going at a busy time.....all I could think of is thank God it wasn't CRT! When I call for our other PS. I'll either sit outside with my cell and cordless or just use cordless.

Dialed at 6:59 and was on hold until 8:10! Whoever posted that the "hold" loop is 50 minutes long, was correct . Anyway, was able to book the 6:45pm show on 3 December, as desired, but unable to book Le Cellier afterward. Was able to get Rose & Crown for an 8pm PS. All in all, I'm satisfied. Will be our first Dec trip, so very excited!

We, ok really the concierge, got us exactly what we wanted 4:40 Le Cellier ps for 8:15 Jim Caviezel on Sunday Dec 5th! HOORAY!
