Not a country, but I'll say the South Pacific. I was just in the SP so I'm biased. There's lots of varied cultures there (Fiji, Samoa, Tahiti, etc.), and they're all pretty exotic.

Maybe the SP, Australia and New Zealand could be combined into a single pavilion.

when I was there during the millenium, I loved the temporary pavillions from Israel and Brazil, thought they'd be great as permanent exhibits.

Greece

Great culture, great food and they sure know how to have fun.

I know because I'm Greek

Choosing one is really hard, but I would love to see Greece (or maybe Holland ).

Russia. I just imagine what they can do witht he domes etc. Then maybe Austrailia.

GREECE. We lived in Crete, Greece for 4 years and absolutely loved it. I have yet to find any authentic greek food that was as good as I had there. And the music is awesome.
