What costumes will everyone be wearing at Mickey's Halloween Party 2013??

My DGF and I went as Merlin and Mad Madame Mimm last year during Halloween. We had a blast. I recommend dressing up if you can. I'm bummed I'm missing the Celebrate the Magic Villians style this year.

DD's sweater will blink with LED lights at night and there will be an electrical plug coming out of the side of the sweater...



Waddles is almost done. His legs and tail are made, but not attached. When I get him finished, I will post a pic.

Perfect chance to change his mind! I think Halloween at Disney shows all the fun things about Halloween. Maybe you could wear special t-shirts or something?

I agree! I've noticed a trend on here that most DHs don't want to dress up, etc. I must be an anomaly among men, as my wife and I both love it!

We used to be "non dressing up" people also, until about 6 or 7 years ago when we were invited by friends to come along to a big Halloween party. We had such a fantastic time that now it's something we look forward to every year. We always have wanted to do MNSSHP so when the opportunity arose this year we had to take it!

DH was a non-dresser once. Then he started small, with just a black t-shirt with an arc reactor on the front and went as Tony Stark. Now he's in full costume. Sadly though he still wont go as Prince Eric, lol.

We got DBF a "flash" shirt from hot topic, they have green lantern shirts there as well. JC Pennys has some "sheldon worthy" shirts but a lot of them were Marvel Comics and to quote DBF "Sheldon doesn't like Marvel comics, he likes DC." LOL He's just going to wear that with a long sleeve shirt underneath with the sleeves shoved up to his elbows and a pair of khakis.

My DS(6) wants to be Sackboy from the game Little Big Planet. This is what I made him.



Since it will be pretty hot when we are there I wanted him to have something he wouldn't melt in. This way he can wear shorts.

DH wants to be the cowbell guy from SNL (Will Ferrell).

I have no idea what I am going to do yet.

We're going with a Monsters U theme. DD is going as a girl from PNK. My boys are going to be Terry and Terrie, DH is the older guy whose name escapes me right now, and I'll be Roz, but in her Monsters Inc sweater. I use an ECV so I'm going to drape it with some tan fabric for her body.

What can I do to make it grubby and old looking? I was thinking of rit dye but wasn't sure if that would work...charcoal or something? Any ideas?
