What costumes will everyone be wearing at Mickey's Halloween Party 2013??

I'm going as Minnie and my husband will be Mickey

I wish that I could convince my DH to be Mickey! I'm going as Minnie this year and my DH is going as a surgeon in scrubs. We have gone to the last three parties where he has gone as a surgeon LOL! I have been a witch, Snow White (twice), and now Minnie. He says that the outfit is cool...both weather wise and in appearance and he is a creature of habit LOL.

We will have Bell (blue dress) maybe Elsa (Frozen) if we can get a costume together, if not Cinderella, and Rapunzel. Of course I am the Queen and maybe DH a Knight, or a court jester!

Originally, the 8 of us were going to be Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs.

Then, we were going to go as either classic Peter Pan or Jake & the Neverland Pirates characters.

We've finally decided to go "the easy route" and be Crayola crayons.

Got different coloured cone hats and cloth half-masks from a party store (very inexpensive). Need to get solid coloured T-shirts and paint on black logos. Since the cones are translucent plastic, my dad may try to rig up some battery operated lights so they will "glow" in the dark.

Should be easy to pack and not too uncomfortable in the Florida heat.

My friend and I are going on Sept. 24th.
I will be Minnie Mouse, and she will be Snow White.
(I made my outfit, and she found a cute Snow White t-shirt
and will have on a yellow skort.) We hope to attend a second
party night, and would wear Disney Halloween t-shirts to that party.
Can't WAIT to see all of the costumes!

Last year we dressed up for the first time and had a blast! DH was a zombie pirate and I was a zombie prom queen.


This year DH is a steampunk ghost and I am a steampunk vampiress. Parents wouldn't dress up but agreed to wear a pumpkin head tshirt.

Great idea ... Our original plan was flameless tea light candles, but glow sticks could definitely work!

Dh and I are going as ballroom dancers from HM. Any creative ideas to dirty up our costumes? I have a white dress and he is wearing a white tux jacket...what's the best way to grubby em up?

Dd is going as the Mad Hatter, fil will be the white rabbit...I got him a cool top hat with rabbit ears and a black/white check bow around it, going to whip up a big ole pocket watch, trying to figure out the rest of his outfit - shorts and a t shirt? Mil is going as the Chesire Cat, got her a chesire cat headband and tail, thinking just a pink striped shirt and shorts to complete her ensemble.

We're attending the Oct 29th party. I had hopes of going as Rose Tyler, but DH didn't want to dress as the 10th Doctor, soooooo we're going as Stargate SG1 team members. DS7 is going as Luigi and DS5 as Mario.

This will be our first MNSSHP so I'm super excited about seeing all the great costumes.

We went middle of September last year, unfortunately we were back in the Uk by the 4th of October. That is pretty cool that someone else was wearing that hat though!

I think thats one of the best things about MNSSHP. I love walking around the parks looking at some of the awesome costumes. People can be pretty creative and there are costumes out there that you would never have even thought of!

I agree! I love seeing the amazing ideas that people come up with.

Plus, I'm looking forward to interacting with the characters while in costume. My wife will be dressing up as village Belle, so we have to find Gaston.

Well, you could try for a theme: all from Alice in Wonderland (alice, mad hatter, red queen, rabbit, cards) ; all from 101 Dalmations, one of you Cruella and the rest dalmations? (Ok I cracked myself up with that one ); you could go as each princess and her prince; pick a ride and go as a CM from that ride?
