I have a recipe for jalapeno potatoes that I make every year for Christmas and Thanksgiving. The cheese I use is Kraft garlic roll cheese. Well, Kraft discontinued it
. I tried making it with Velveta and it didn't come out good. I tried using pepper jack and it was a little better but not the same. I have been making this recipe for nine years. I used to make it with one half roll jalapeno cheese and one half garlic cheese but a few years ago the jalapeno cheese was discontinued. I just started using a whole roll of garlic cheese instead and poured jalapeno juice on the potatoes to make up for not having jalapeno cheese. If anyone is familiar with the Kraft garlic roll cheese and knows another cheese that would taste similiar please tell me. I can use plain cheese and pour jalapeno and garlic juice on the potatoes. I just need to find a similiar cheese.

), we could tell what kind of cheese is best. Is it mostly a melted cheese poured on top? The recipe does sound good!
