beccasmom said:We stayed at SSR last summer and were in Congress Park. I don't remember the room number, but we stayed in a first floor one-bedroom overlooking the lake and almost straight across from Fulton's Crabhouse. The walk to the pool is about five minutes....not bad at all. The fireworks - such as they were - are visible, but did not last long. We could hear them, though.

beccasmom said:Silos, the fireworks did not keep us awake....we are used to hearing fireworks nightly because we usually stay at OKW and hear Epcot every night. Yes, we would stay in the same building. The views were great and the pathway that takes you over to Downtown Disney was right in front of our porch.
