What are your NYE plans?

same as any other night......
gym at some point, working (the downside of working from home, you tend to work at all hours), vegging in front of the tube, websurfing, checking out the disboards....

what can i say, i'm boring... ;)

in any case, we always stay up late, so this night won't be different from any other night..

Nothing special planned - just a regular night for me. I will be working on New Year's Day as usual.

My youngest is spending the night at her BFF's house and I am sure they will stay up all night so I expect her to be very grumpy the next day.

Getting Chinese food sounds good - maybe I will make plans with the girls to get some.

I will be at an non disclosed location near Times Square, dressed in a dark tactical uniform and freezing my butt off!

We'll actually be at WDW but probably in bed. We fly in tomorrow and have to be up by 4:00 or 4:30 to get ready to head down to the airport for an early morning flight. If I can squeeze in a nap we may try to get into a park.

We're all going out to dinner, maybe to a Chinese restaurant to get our New Year's fortune cookie.

Then we're going to see Princess and the Frog.

And then back home to watch the ball drop.

Sounds good Dave. Your girls will love Princess & the Frog. :thumbsup2

Putting on my safety hat. Please don't drink and drive!!!! Katie will be working, and I will probably be sound asleep.

I've been invited to see "101 Dalmatians" on stage at the Arsht Center here in Miami. FOr midnight ... probably watch Kathy and Anderson on CNN.

I work in a bar so I will be working through midnight, we will all get to have a celebration drink around 2am.

We're going to the Melting Pot for dinner, but we should be home by 10pm to watch the ball drop or fall asleep. Whichever comes first.

I'm sure I'll be watching my Twilight Zone Marathon, clicking over just to watch the ball drop, then back to the Marathon until around 2:30 a.m. Woohoo...exciting....

TV38 Stooges Marathon! Ynuck, ynuck, ynuck! :)

Would you believe, many years before DVD was around, I recorded every Twilight Zone episode on VHS tape? Many late nights! ::yes:: One of my favorite shows Mindy.

Nice! So you won't be poking me on NYE?! :D

*** Shuts mouth and runs away with no comment *** :rotfl2:

We will be staying in with our new baby and 4 year old. Then hopefully will be able to stay up to watch a movie with my DH.
Plus getting Chinese food from our favorite place.

Just think happy thoughts, Paul!!! Don't forget the hand warmers!

Okay, everyone keeps mentioning Kathy and Anderson. Are they doing some kinda special for NYE? I am so outta the loop.

While I realize that the reality is far less romantic...this sounds like one of the Bourne movies.

Thanks for doing what you do.

We should probably say that more often than we do.

One of my friends usually throws a New Years party that doubles as a birthday party for me so it would be rude for me not to show up.

:cool1::cake:
