Planning for our 7th trip and as our ADRs approach I feel like we are in a bit of a rut with dining. What are your go to restaurants? Do you try new places each trip?
Our rule is to try at least one new restaurant each trip. Next trip we are wanting to try Homecomin' and food at Beaches and Cream (we only ever do ice cream).
We do Ohana every trip (DH and DS favorite) and a frequent stop is House of Blues (I love their Lobster Mac and Cheese).
For us it's The Brown Derby. There they serve the original Cobb salad, which is much different from the "Cobb salads" served in other restaurants. It is so finely chopped that you could describe it as "riced" and eat it with a spoon, and the taste is heavenly. Other dishes are also good, but that Cobb salad takes this restaurant over the top for us.
Signature:
Artist Point - Though it had a couple of inconsistent years, AP is back on track as a superb dining experience. Excellent food, very good service, topnotch wine list, and one of the most romantic restaurants in the World.
Jiko's - To be fair, we don't hit this place every trip, but we do most times. Again, food, service, and ambiance are top tier. Their wine list is excellent, reportedly having one of the best collections of S. African wines in the state.
TS:
Sanaa - We rarely skip this gem as the bread service alone is worth the effort it takes to get there. Friendly service, views of the animals (during daylight hours), and overall tasty food. Cost is relatively moderate relative to Disney overpricing.
Problem for us Brits is that authentic Naan bread is at every Indian restaurant which are all over , at $4 per bread, so not so unusual for us, albeit the varied dips look good.Ditto the bread service at Sanaa, along with the savanna view.

Always:
Crystal Palace (breakfast)
Wolfgang Puck Express
Brown Derby
Never again:
Grand Floridian Café
Ohana (Breakfast or Dinner)
Just curious why "never again" on Gr and Floridian Cafe, as it's one of our hidden gems? To me it's like The Wave - generally overlooked and not usually inspiring strong opinions.
Both times we ate at GFC for breakfast. The service was terrible. The food tasted bland and was cold. That's all four of our meals. There are too many great places to eat in WDW to give the GFC a third chance.
