I mean REALLY low, around the 100 calorie mark, but preferably without artificial sweeteners because that causes migraines for me if I have more than 1 dose/serving a day.
I am still recovering from surgery and find myself in the house more than I normally like to be. So my activity level is down and my access to food is up AND I can expect my metabolism to be down due to having less Thyroid. i just started workout out again today but the whole food thing is making me nervous, I don't want to blow up while my body & Dr are figuring out what to do.
I just had a very yummy bowl of very low calorie French Onion soup. I made a giant pot of it with a really tiny amount of butter to saute the onions in and I skipped the cheese, 2 full mugs of it were only about 60 calories. My fitness Pal is a huge help keeping track but the rest is up to me.
Tonight I will have a chicken breast burger with a salad, tomorrow I am thinking broiled fish but I need more ideas for the next day, and so on.
If you have recipes or links I'd like them please

I do that a lot. Thanks for the reminders and suggestions on particular kinds of fruits, I usually just get Red Delicious apples and the other usual suspects because my kids eat them. Maybe that's where I am going wrong.
