The ricotta cheesecake at Mama Melrose was outstanding.
DH really loved the Chocolate wave at the Coral Reef.

We love the mini vanilla tarts with the Mickey Mouse sprinkles at Biergarten. We also loved the Nestle Toll House ice cream sandwiches at kiosks throughout the park, but they have been discontinued.

2 Banana Bread pudding at O'hana
3 Maple creme brulee at Le Cellier
4 Mickey Ice Cream bar!

My favorite deserts are the Gobi and Sahara. My favorite at WDW is the desert section of the land ride.

To be honest I am a fresh fruit kind of person, I know it is boring but that is my preference. Of course that doesn't mean I can't find a thing or two at the BOMA buffet dessert area.

The way I remember the difference between dessert and desert is that there are two s's in dessert because you always want seconds. How I can remember that from 3rd grade but forget a meeting I have just been reminded about I dont' know, but there you have it.
