Not a snack, but dinner. Pot Roast, slow roasted with quartered potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and onions, and just a tiny bit of red wine. Just pulled it out of the oven. Mmmmmmmm.....it smells heavenly!!! Gotta go make some gravy - with a tiny bit more red wine! (HIC!! - Excuse me)
Cookies are allowed on any diet. I think they actually use more calories to digest than there is in them, but don't quote me on that. Oreos and milk are great.
I just had a chocolate attack so I ate an entire bag of Flips. They are chocolate covered pretzels but in my defense, the bag was small. Then I decided to have a couple Jim Beams and Diet Coke. How's that for a combination????
