Here is what I wish I was snacking on right, a Mushroom Risotto Filet Mignon, but alas, I'm munching Doritos.

I would have to agree Jim, i would need a six pack of beer before i would tackle that. If it don't look good I don't eat it.

Just popped a Stella - my kind of breakfast - watching Sports Center waiting for the kids to stop over - had Christmas with the grandsons a couple of days ago - oh and I'm munching on a cookie too - goes well with the beer. Merry Christmas, Jim and everyone else.
