I'm reading Suck It Wonder Woman by Olivia Munn. I'm slowly turning into a gamer nerd, thanks to the bf unfortunately, and I was curious about her. I'm not very far but its funny so far

Re-reading the Harry Potter series. Right now I'm on book 2: Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.

I just started reading 'World Without End' after finishing 'Pillars of the Earth'. I finally broke down and bought Pillars after thinking for so long that it wasn't my type of novel (I generally stick to mysteries/thrillers). I am SO GLAD I read this book. Ken Follet is not a great writer; however he is a wonderful storyteller and I was totally mesmerized by the lives of the characters and what life was like in England during the Middle Ages. I highly recommend this to anyone - even those who, like me, would assume a 1000-page novel about cathedral building in medieval England would be one huge snore-fest.

I agree. I haven't read World Without End, but finally picked up Pillars after having it on my shelf for over 2 years. I thought it was a great book. Very interesting.

I've always like Ken Follett but haven't read one of his books in years. I just may have to get back to them...

I'm currently reading A House Of Night Novel: Chosen by P.C Cast & Kristen Cast.

LOVE This Series!

I just read the first Blue Bloods novel and was considering picking up the first House of Night book too, I think I will request it from the library now :)

Finished Suck It Wonder Woman by Olivia Munn, a fun, super easy read if you like her

not sure what I'm going to start today, maybe Julie Andrews' memoir, Home

That's nice, especially in light of her losing her husband of so many years this week.

I just finished Left to Tell by Immaculee Ilibigazia. Excellent read by a survivor of the Rwandan Holocaust.

Now I'm reading The Incredible Henry House by Lisa Grunwald.

I have the latter on my books to read list. Looking forward to hearing what you thought of it.

Left to Tell sounds moving. I will check it out.

I am reading Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince.

I read these at the hospital while going through my cancer treatments a few years ago. I was so grateful to have these big books with these fascinating characters to keep me company.

I strongly recommend these books also.

We read this book about 5 months ago for book club. Our host had made a masking tape mark the dimensions of that bathroom, and we all had to sit/stand in it for the meeting. It really hit home! Excellent book!

Oh I know, so sad! :guilty: I feel for her, I re-read my favorite book that was written by her just the other day, Mandy, I love it :)

Just saw the movie... pretty decent.

Finished 1022 Evergreen Place by Debbie Macomber last night. Enjoyed the book but something is different. It reads easier than the others in the series.

I'm about six pages into The Killing Hour by Lisa Gardner and it's already got me. It's a Criminal Minds type of book.

I read a book called Mistletoe last night, a YA book with different holiday stories in it. I liked it

Tonight BF and I are driving home to IL :goodvibes and I will probably read something in the car, I packed a TON of books to bring home so I will likely start one of those.
