What are they thinking!?!?

Read OP first post. He told them about Soarin, fireworks, rope drop. Those we know for sure. I do not know if OP told them about DTD or it was comment to us. OP never told about asking or not asking for help, however OP was very clear, they "begged" him to meet them in advance and then they showed late, I ASSUME if they would ask for help before, OP would say it and point that even so they asked for help they never followed the advice, I think it is pretty obvious. Moreover, OP post sounded pretty pushy to many on this thread including me, I ASSUME that could be a reason they showed up late, note nobody, even OP knows the true reason, we all are ASSUMING including OP.

I realize that some people just enjoy playing Devil's advocate on every subject but why are you now assuming what the OP would have said? I didn't read anything about the OP assuming why the honeymooners didn't make rope drop? The OP stated the facts as it pertained to him/her. Others inserted their versions of the story. It's kind of like those sleepover stories that start off at one end of the room and has completely changed by the time it gets to the other end.

I know what you mean. But the name of this thread is What are they thinking!?!? Guess we all tried to figure out the answer.

In a very pushy and impolite way.:lmao:

I guess it called open discussion and this is what a public board is all about anyway. I do not think anyone including me means to hurt OPs feelings in any way, but we do have opinion on the situation and it is OK to be disagree with OP.

Totally ok to disagree with OP (would be boring if everyone agreed!)....but some of the folks on here were quite harsh compared to what you usually see on threads similiar to this one. While lurking I have read many threads about what to tell people, how soon to get to the park, newbies who dont have a good time and blame the person who tried to help them, etc. This one just seemed harsher than usual on the OP. Maybe because it involved a honeymoon? Dunno. Some that I remember right offhand that would easily offend said basically "get over it, your brother got married" like the OP had a problem with the marriage. There was one about him/her ruining the whole honeymoon and another that talked about him/her "forcing" their touring style on the couple. No wonder the OP up and left his/her own thread! They only wanted to vent as we all do sometimes. Anyway, we probably can all agree to disagree at this point so we dont end up beating a dead horse (if we havent already). ;)
