What are the qualifications to be a Scare-actor?

I've always wondered what job qualifications do you need to be a Scare-actor at HHN. I don't think I would do it for the $ since you get minimum wage, but it sure looks like a lot of fun. Do you need to look like a Scare-actor? Do you need to have love for the Ghostbusters?

Plus you can't speak, unless it's grunts. You'll probably get punched/kicked/whatnot, so you have to be wary of that. The only thing you can do is hope to avoid it (and then tell security who did it so they can be kicked out of the park).

Plus you do have to audition.

And if you want to be a chainsaw guy, then they want even more...
