What are the odds - April/May Room

Hi all

We just bought into BCV this month and decided to keep our 2002 points. Our use month is March since we like to travel in May.

Our sales Rep - Megan Moriaty - she's great - eventhough we got off to a shakey start early on as far as returning calls. But she has turned out to be truly awesome and is a great pleasure to work with.

Megan said she would be able to handle our Ressies if we wanted to make them before closing - after that we would have to go through member services. We do have our member number already.

We are hoping to go for one weekin a 1-bedroom arriving on April 26 or May 3. What are the odds that we would be able to do so at this late date.

I emailed Megan yesterday about the dates and she said she would contact member services on Monday and get back to me.

Odds are very high. First, this is still relatively early, 2nd, rooms are being released into inventory as they are purchased (so yours is another room available, so to speak, and 3rd, I've noticed that the DVC sales reps can work miracles on behalf of their new members - and usually do!

And your odds will be even better if your aren't overly concerned as to which DVC resort you stay at, in case your home resort is full.

Last week I booked 2 studios at BCV for the week of June 1st and didn't have any problem. Thought I would have to be waitlisted as it was less than 7 months out. I would think you would have a good chance to get what you want. Good luck and Welcome Home! I hope you'll love BCV as much as we do!

We are waiting to close, but were able to reserve a 1 bedroom at BCV for the second week of May last week. No problem!
