What are the chances?

We had originally requested Samoa for our March trip but it is due to be refurbed February 3 so won't be done in time probably, but when I look at tikiman site it says Niue is due to be refurbed March 3....would they have two buildings out of comission at the same time?? or is there a chance we could get a new Samoa room in March???

I called and spoke with Reservations tonight because that was also a question I had after reading Tikiman. They knew NOTHING about it...Check Disneys page for rehabs and see if they mention it...I live in an unfinished subdivision and the last thing I want to hear on vacation is hammers pounding away at 8am...
