What are the best Counter Services In MK, EPCOT, AK & DHS?

We will be traveling with 4 kids 13, 10, 9 & 4. Our lunches will be counter services. Could anyone tell me what is the best counter service in each park and what is the best thing to order? We are also staying at Pop Century and breakfast will be at food court except 1 day. How is their breakfast?

For me and my family, we usually eat at

MK: Cosmic Rays or Pecos Bills
Epcot: Sunshine Seasons, Lotus Blossom cafe
DHS: Toy story pizza planet
AK: Flame tree BBQ or Pizzafari

MK - Main Street Bakery
Epcot - Sunshine Seasons or Boulangerie Patisserie
AK - Flame Tree BBQ
HS - Walk to Epcot

For us, it is the following:

Magic Kingdom -- Cosmic Rays, followed by Columbia Harbor House
Epcot -- Sunshine Seasons or the fish and chips at the take out window in the United Kingdom
Studios -- none -- we go to another resort or eat at our own resort while at the pool
AK -- Flame Tree Barbecue

Our families fav's are

MK= Cosmic Rays alot of choices for all. Chicken/rib combo yummy and they have a fixin bar for burgers, chicken sammys. Have never had anything bad here yet.

Peco Bills is very good as well w/ fixin bar. taco salad and BBQ pork sammy.

AK= Pizzafari kids love.
Yak and Yeti, my daughter loves eggrolls so we stop here and order them for her and I end up an entree and the mango pie so yummy and refreshing on a hot day.

DHS= Toy Story Pizza Planet again kids love the pizza and arcade, so DH get them a meal and we have their salads.

Backlot we used to eat here but havent been in while

Starring Rolls I am going to try here for the first time the butterfinger cupcake they look so good. And so do the sammys.

Epcot= Sunshine Season again something for everyone. Strawberry Shortcake dessert is so good.

American Paviolin. Kids prefer.

Mexico, we sometimes get their platters, and churrros.

EP: Liberty Inn
DHS: Backlot Express, Studio Catering Company and TS Pizza Planet
AK: Flame Tree BBQ and Pizzafari

DHS: none (like a PP said go to Epcot)

Cosmic Ray's (the turkey wrap is delicious and filling!)
EPCOT -- Electric Umbrella has decent burgers
DHS -- Backlot Express (the turkey melt is really good!)
AK -- Yak & Yeti (the honey chicken is soo good)
DTD -- Earl of Sandwich (all are good!)
