What are some of the Best tables to view "Illuminations" ??

We've never tried a dinner at Epcot but might this year and may consider a restaurant with some sort of view of Illuminations (or at least a restaurant with the opportunity to see it).

I'm aware of a table or two at Rose & Crown, but thats about it. I know these can be difficult to book, perhaps we'll be lucky. Suggestions??

Porch tables at Rose and Crown are it for ADRs.

You can try the Matsunoma lounge in Japan or the Cantina San Angel in Mexico.
