What are dog bones?

From what I've read, they are like a chocolate eggclair in the shape of a dog bone, Grand Floridian has them at their resturants, I think you have to call and order them a day or two before, and I'm not sure if you can get them to take out, I have them ordered for a dinner we're having one night at 1900 park fare.
