What are "Cross U" pins?

First off DISCON is the sort of get together convention of people who read the dis boards. There is more info on the community board. All the people are meeting at different times and such while at WDW.

Cross U pins are cast member pins that they receive when they work at different locations usually during holidays so that they are helping with the rush.
