What am I doing wrong??

Tried at 11 and couldn't get Le Cellier for 9/27 or Ohana (system error every time). Got everything else, although some of them an hour before or after I wanted, but at least we got them.

Now to keep trying for 'Ohana...

I'm thinking if they don't offer free dining during the last week of September we may have a better chance of getting a cancellation at Le Cellier.

Still can't get Ohana. It just says error. Managed to get BOG on the first try!! Le Cellier we had to go with a back up date for now. Hopefully the day we want will open up sometime. I've been lucky the last two times we've eaten there so here's hoping I haven't used up my allotment of pixie dust!

After navigating the phone menu, I was finally able to get thru only to find out that I cannot make 180+10 for any days beyond my 3-night reservation even though we are doing a split stay.

But the good news is that I was able to get BOG for the night after we check out of our first resort. The seating was a little earlier than I would have liked, but it's on a MNSSHP night, so there were no later reservations.

I hope you were able to get the restaurants and times you wanted. I really wish they would get their website to work properly. It would be nice to not have to call when there are other distractions like little children (in your case) or barking dogs (in my case).

All went well and I'm so relieved that is over! I didn't have any problems but I don't think I was trying to get into any of the new hot spots. I have the dining plan and booked 5 character meals. Still have 2 table service meals but I am going to try and book them online later. Haven't decided where to go.
