What age is Disney Infinity for?

I have Grandchildren 4 and under and my children are 22 and over. Would either age group play Disney infinity? I do not play video games so I have no idea.

Also what game system do it work best on?

I don't think the over 20's crowd will be interested in it at all and I definitely don't think under 4 year old children would be able to figure out what to do.

For the younger kids you could try a Leappad. I'd say Disney Infinity is more geared for the 7 - 12 year old range.

We had a long talk with a guy at Gamestop about that. His recommended minimum age was 5 or 6. I asked him if my 4.5 year old who was really good at Lego StarWars would enjoy it, and he said absolutely yes, and that he'd grow into some of the more complicated features within the next year. I wouldn't think it's ideal if the kids are all under 4. Wait until next year (when it may be cheaper, or at least easier to find, anyway)
