The problems that really upset me are the ones that make me scared of what 'might' happen as a result. Like I'm worried about someone's health that I love or I screwed up something big at work and I'm worried it's going to hurt me in my career, etc. For those types of things I always pray. I feel so much better about the things that are 100% out of my control at that point if I talk to God about them and ask for help and/or direction. But for more minor things, well then I tend to try to zone out and/or eat. Not the best way to handle the small day to day types of problems though, I should start doing something that is good for me or my home to relax when I'm stressed.
