A menu is when you are eating at a restaurant. When eating at home it’s, what are you serving.

Thanks for the correction as I've been doing it wrong for years as has the Oxford Unabridged Dictionary and Cambridge's as well.

Live in Georgia.

It was just Honey and me this year so we had spaghetti and red wine. I'm pretty sure that's what the pilgrams had.

As an Italian, I strongly approve of your menu

We are in NYC area. We are having:
Antipasto: roasted peppers, olives,fresh mozzerella cut cheeses, salami, soppresata, crusty Italian bread
Stuffed mushrooms
Turkey with gravy
Lasagna
Rice and sausage stuffing, bread stuffing
Mashed potatoes and roasted sweet potatoes
Broccoli rabe
Canned cranberry sauce
For dessert carrot cake, coconut custard pie and chocolate cream pie

I think this is the second lasagna! Sounds amazing!

We're going to my step-daughter's house. I understand the menu will include

Turkey
Stuffing
Mashed Potatoes
Baked Sweet Potatoes (not candied or with marshmallows)
Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Roasted Carrots
Broccoli/Cauliflower/Cheese casserole. (I'm making this)

VERY IMPORTANT-Jellied Cranberry Sauce from a can with ridges on it

Someone is bringing appetizers, but I don't know what.

For dessert
Cheesecake (DW is making this)
Pumpkin pie
Maybe another dessert too

Oh yeah, I'm bringing something else that's de rigueur

For some reason as a young child I’d look at the painting of the last supper in my grandmother’s home and I was sure they were eating spaghetti and bread!

Since it's just the 5 of us, it's simple....and mostly store bought.

Turkey
Mashed potato
Stuffing
Mac and cheese
Green Beans
Chocolate balls for dessert

*Just* the 5 of you! Well, it's just the two of us this year but it will be turkey and all the fixins!!

Its just the 2 of us this year. Smallish turkey, stuffing on the side, mashed potatoes, sauteed brussels sprouts with bacon, swiss corn, cranberry sauce, and rolls. Gravy of course. Pumpkin pie for dessert. Lots of leftovers, best part of it for me !

Same here and dh & I love, love the leftovers!

The MENU I am making tomorrow:
Roast Turkey
Stuffing
Green Bean Casserole
Cranberry Sauce
Deviled Eggs
Black Forest Poke Cake

Now this is all for me and I will be eating off of it all week.

2pm spread, I went a bit crazy here-
Blueberries, grapes, pears, cantaloupe
Merlot chz (favorite!), lacey swiss rolls, fancy cheddar, real feta, fresh moz
Kalamata and spanish olives, stuffed pickled cherry peppers with provolone/prosciutto, rst'd peppers
Pepperoni, Prosciutto, Serrano, hot & cold chorizo, hard salami
5 cracker types, sliced King's Hawaiian and pumpernickel rye bread

6pm dinner, classic-
Baked ham
Rst'd Turkey breast with gravy that came out fantastic
Mashed potatoes
Stuffing
Corn
Spinach
Mix veggies
Homemade cranberry sauce

People think I am crazy to make the whole meal for one. But I have lost both my parents (mom in 2013 and dad in 2018), all but one grandparent, and some close friends. This meal is about foods that bring back those memories of happier times. So I still want to make it all!
