We walked to a sushi restaurant last night. We started by ordering a very good 300 ml bottle of sparkling sake. Next, we received complimentary Happy Crab (tempura crab). For our meal, we ordered a fantastic Dragon Egg (Spicy tuna ball wrapped with avocado ,served w. chefs special sauce red caviar) & two sushi rolls. Titanic Roll (Salmon ,spicy tuna inside, top with torched tuna ,salmon, yellowtail, served w. chef’s special furikake) & Naruto Roll (Tuna, salmon, yellowtail, krab avocado, wrapped w.cucumber, top w. scallion ,masago, served w.ponzu sauce)

We're considering returning there tonight to get the Dragon Egg again, but order sashimi or nigiri instead of rolls. We'll see, when dinner time arrives.

Tonight we are having ravioli with salad and garlic bread.

I know a lot of you have been concerned so I wanted to let you know I heard from @NYCgrrl.
Oh, thank goodness- I was really worried.

Supper on Thursday was leftovers, disguised. I had some really tired peppers so I sliced them up with onions, garlic powder, and chili powder, then sauteed. I cut up some of the chicken from the rotisserie chicken and warmed it up in olive oil and cumin- then mixed in the 1/2 can of pinto beans left from last week. I pulled out the burrito sized tortillas, spread each with some sour cream, sprinkled with shredded cheese, added the chicken and veg and rolled them up. The Little Guy loved them- ate two, and part of a third (I predict a growth spurt...). I also made up a bag of Southwestern salad and DH and I put some of that in our burritos, too.

Tonight? Steak, rice, fresh green beans (steamed, then seared in sesame oil and garlic). I think tomorrow I'll cook up the corned beef I bought for StPatrick's Day. I love boiled dinner but I had the flu that week... I was SO not cooking, much less eating, corned beef and cabbage! DD/SIL/LittleGuy are supposed to be coming for supper, so it seems like a good time to do the corned beef.
