Happy belated birthday to your husband! Beautiful kitty!Yesterday was my husband's birthday so at his request we had BBQ kielbasa, pierogi (potato/cheese) and roasted butternut squash. FOr his cake I made him a spice cake, which even though the buttercream and the cake were not cooperating... too cold and too crumbly... was still tasty, and my cat was absolutely smitten with it.

I'm impressed that you made the cake.Actually I buy the uncooked kind at Walmart all the time in the refrigerated section. I buy the "raised without antibiotics" package. It is always very fresh tasting, not fishy at all. I swear by this recipe: Sensational spiced salmon. My husband isn't a seafood eater and even he loves salmon when I make it that way. If you give it a try, let me know what you think! How do you cook yours? My doc told me I needed to start eating more salmon, and I'd like to get some of the precooked kind at Walmart and try it. I just don't know how to cook it or what to put on it. So looking for some ideas.
Walmart, day before Thanksgiving, you are very braveWound up not going to Walmart. I will do that tomorrow evening after work. So we settled on chicken. Took 2 cans of chicken, warmed in skillet with taco seasoning, salsa and block of cream cheese. Cooked throughout then put into a soft taco shell. It was good. Made a small batch of mashed potatoes (package potatoes), and that was dinner.

You must be exhausted…Off today after my weekend of 3 16 hour shifts. I had cereal on Saturday night (LOL I forgot to bring something), Mac and cheese on Sunday and I door dashed Applebee's Burbon Street Chicken and Shrimp.
Tonight I met with my MIL and my Husband's Aunts and uncle at the restaurant/bar at their Hotel and Had Chicken Parm.
We are going for Greek food tomorrow night

Same. Online shopping is just…stale. It's all part of the fun for me. I enjoy it. Just like Black Friday. I enjoy being out and about.
