What’s for Dinner Tonight?

We had leftover pork tenderloin with sweet potatoes and leftover broccoli. We had American Chop Suey growing up. My grandmother and mother-in-law both made it. I do think it's a regional thing (we're also from the suburbs of Boston). Love it!

American chop suey tonight.
I was looking for a recipe to add “something “ to how I usually make it. But when I looked it up everything was like chinese chop suey. Ugh!!
So I’m not sure why it’s called chop suey but that’s what my mom always called it. All it is is ground beef with elbow macaroni and sauce kinda like meat sauce with the pasta mixed in.
Does anyone else call it that?
Well anyway I was just gonna add mozzarella, but I added some onion and ricotta cheese along with the garlic I usually put in.
