What’s for Dinner Tonight?

It's the night before the first night of school(with students) for DH and I, and College Boy's late night with a seminar until 7 pm, so we are keeping it super simple - Taco Tuesday with chips and queso on the side.

We had pasta with a cherry tomato sauce. In the oven I roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper, and some red pepper flakes in olive oil. Then tossed it with the pasta, some fresh mozzarella, and basil.

Hubby defrosted himself some chicken noodle soup I had in the freezer, as I had a late lunch.
