I planted 25 tomato plants after work tonight. I’m trying to get as much planted as possible before my surgery on Thursday.

By the time I was done I was tired and it was getting late so I tossed some turkey burgers on the grill and we had it with leftover macaroni salad and some cut up watermelon.

I still have more tomato plants to plant! Not to mention all the other veggies. I am a canner so between canned tomatoes, salsa, and sauce I use lots of tomatoes.

It’s been a crazy day. I had to present at an all staff today and after work I have a bunch of things to get done before my surgery tomorrow. DH ran out and got us Chinese. I had veggie lo mein.

We are finally going out to Sweet Tomatoes for our Mother's Day dinner.

We had BBQ chicken legs with broccoli and a mixed veggie. I so wanted rice or a potato!!! DS27 came by to pick something up so we thought he’d eat with us. He said he ate already so I’m sending him with leftovers.

Defrosted some scallops and sautéed them with the last of the lima bean and corn succotash. No starch just veggies and protein for dinner.

I’m beat! Been running around with a list of appts and whatnot since 8am. Got up at 6am to get dogs fed and such…I have sirloin burgers..so will throw those on, some steak fries and a salad. The king will be arriving soon from the airport and will expect dinner.
