We are on the deluxe dining Plan, which place has the best food? Are they close in location? I have seen that bad review of WGP Cafe, but the menu looks ok? I am not worried about price since we are on the plan.

The express is just counter service. I didn't like WGP but that's just me so I would say as you aren't paying and like the menu go!
