You know, the thing the mattress usually sits upon (unless you are a college student and it is on the floor).
So, need a bed for guests (wife tells me, I sort of disagree, but....).
We know the mattress. Wife is totally confused about how box springs are "no more." Well, they sort of are still around, sort of like horses and buggies are still around.
Any suggestions for a WOOD bed (foundation), that will not break the bank. My daughter has the Murray Platform bed
that she loves. But she is 24 years old.
Wifey is a bit old school and not sure about the low to the ground look.
Son (28) has a bed that is sort of the same but from WalMart (south something or other brand) and it seems O.K.
But, any suggestions. We need to get this in place for Thanksgiving visitors.
Oh, and this is a budget board. And I have seen several Charles P. Rogers, etc. that are several $$$.
If we could keep this under $250 for a queen size ....
