Wes Palm and DeVine at Animal Kingdom

I've seen DeVine but never Wes Palm - Does he come out less?

is Wes Palm the talking palm tree? if so, we have seen him outside the park while waiting for opening. mingling and talking to the guests. we have never seen DeVine. any tips/hints?

Wes palm is the Talking tree who is usually found at the entrance to AK!! or in the Oasis section(the area where you first go through when entering AK)

I have found DeVIne on the pathway that connects Asia to Africia near the flight of Wonder anytime you walk down there look on both sides and if you see a CM standing around look carefully as DeVine might be near by lurking on poles amongst the trees etc there will be a bunch of people standing around watching her too!!!

just becareful as you can get stepped on by her as like any vine it crawls and she can't see down!!
