By specialty drink I don't mean an alcoholic beverage. I'm talking about milkshakes, smoothies, flavored teas, stuff like that. With the dining portion of the packages there is a restriction on specialty drinks. But it doesn't spell out what a specialty drink is. I noticed the same restriction applies to the regular dining plan as well. Yet, I swear I've read dining reports where people on the dining plan are ordering milkshakes and all kinds of stuff. And another question while I'm on the subject of drinks. Do the sit-down restaurants serve bottled water and would that be considered a specialty drink??
