We're having a girl! HELP with name

We have 4 girls here. When I was pregnant with our youngest last year we had a hard time. Our girls names are:

Amanda Lee
Haley Mae
Skylar Grace (he wanted Skyla, I wanted just Gracie or just Skye this was our compromise)
Tessa Jaye

When we finally decided on Tessa I looked up the meaning-fourth born, perfect fit. Jaye is for my husband (James) since we don't have any boys and we are DONE!!

Other names we (really I) considered:
Sadie
Scarlett
Eve
Katie
Miranda

Like a PP said you could have my name Traci Lee. Good luck and let us know what you decide.

My girls are:

Sophia Catherine
Claudia Adele
Naomi Julia

I get LOTS of compliments/comments on Naomi.

I also have a little niece name Aliya...very pretty too.
My little one calls her "Baby Liya"...also very cute!

Good luck with your selection and congrats on baby #3! :laundy:

Here are a few that have been used by our family/friends recently.
Anna
Carley
Kate
Ellen
Sophie
Leah
Paige
Ava

Here are some older family names that I considered:
Elaine
Susan
Gail
Debra
Rose
Ryan (yep, I thought about this for a girl)

I like this list. I have a Sophie and a Leah. We also liked Madeline (nickname Maddie) and Ashley.

If you think Emma is popular...ANYTHING with Belle or Bella is really, really popular! Someone just mentioned Leah. I have a niece by that name. I think Leah goes really well with Emma. I think both girls names should have equal "weight". They have a similar 'feel" to me. I think one of the other gals in my family has a much more elegant/formal name than what I was given.

Rosabella

It's not my name. I saw your request for a name that isn't very popular and then saw you like belle or bella. In one of the daycares I worked at there was a girl named Rosabella. Haven't heard of anyone else with the name.

I named my daughter Amber Rose everyone loves it and i can buy her amber colored roses for presents :)

My girls at Maxine (Max for short) and Mylie (no not after a Disney pop star) I loved the names

Alice
Sarra (not Sarah and open up and say OOOO like at the docs for the "a")
Taiya
Kylee
Dakota
Ellie
Dylan
Andi
Dani

Wow! I am so overwhelmed with all your suggestions. We really like Annabelle. I have always loved belle or bella on the end of names, but never thought of another option besides Isabelle or Isabella.

We also like Alexa and one other which I want to keep a secret. Thanks to everyone for all their responses!!!

I also know an Annabeth so cute and you can call her Anna or Beth for short.

My DD's name is Lilly ~ she tells people "It's L I L L Y ~ spelled like silly" :lovestruc

Lilly could've been named ~
Claire, Madeline or Bella but we went with Lilly.

I really like the name Alora ~ like the baby from Willow - the movie *I also like the name Willow.....

I also like Layne *pronounced Lane or Laynie.

I actually prefer names that don't end in the the eee sound ~ funny that I named my DD Lilly.... There's just so many girls names that end with the eee sound.

My nieces are ~
Ally
Sydney
Lynsey
Gracie
and the non ending eee's
Morgan & Liv *I really like both of their names.

ETA ~ my name is Shannon, not super common but I did meet a little Shannon a couple years ago and there's a Shannon at my DD's tumbling gym. I wish my name was spelled Shannyn.

Some of the names I like are..

Eloisa
Lucia
Giana
Esperanza
Alejandra
Anica
Fiona
Annaliese
Liesel

My DDs are Alexa Elaine (call her Lexie a lot & Elaine is a family name) and Alanna Nichole (pronounced Uh-Lan-Uh..some spell it with one "n").

Although I do like some of the ones mentioned already, here are two I did not see:

D'arcy or Darcy (grew up with a girl named this)
Shaely or Shaela (have a fancy girls' clothes store where I live called Shaely
Bugs - evidently the owner named it after her daughter)

Thought of one more... Amanda (seems to fit with Emma and Nash)

I know it used to be popular, but I think it has wained. My 21 yr old niece is Amanda. My other nieces are Hannah and Marisa (never loved either of those personally).

My daughter is named- Darby Nicole

If I had had another girl I would have named her Vivienne Grace

My name is Buffie Ann and I would not wish that on anyone!!

I have an Emma before the popularity set in, so the only one in her class. I also have a Rachel who I wanted to name Elenor but was vetoed.

Hayley is becoming more popular I know two people planning that one.

Good Luck I tend to like the traditional names.

This makes me a little sad DH and I picked Annabelle because it was not a Top 100. We did not want a top 100 name. I will just have to hope for the best because there is no changing it now... We already love it and it is on a lot of what we have for her.

I have a couple of favs;
Sarah (meaning princess and also my DD's name)
Alexandra Rose
Alexis Rae
Tessa Noelle
Marissa Sue

Congrats on your new addition!!

Don't be sad. Annabelle is a BEAUTIFUL name! We actually considered it for our now DS6 had he been a girl. I don't think Annibelle itself will be top 100--just that LOTS of little girls are being called Bella or Belle right now because of Isabelle, Isabella, etc...

2 rules!

Unique name, NOT unique spelling. Please don't force her to be forever spelling her name...urgg.

Name the baby what you intend to call her. Dont name her Mary Beth if you intend to call her Beth. Being called by your middle name sucks.

Thanks that makes me feel better. If we call her a nickname it will probably be Anna (which I know is popular) but I am not sure if that will happen because everytime we talk about her now it is always Annabelle.:lovestruc Thank you tho for making me feel better about the situation.:goodvibes
