Our Russian buyers apparently didnt realise they had to ahve a 10 % deposit and cant get the money together.. ...this means not only have we had to put the hosue back on the market, but we've now lost our lovely house with the big garden :(

Fed up with this already.......we have to be in Reading before September so Becky can start college, and its costing Mark a fortune travelling back & forward to work! (plus hes exhausted).........

....any hugs out there?

Oh No Mandy :(

{{{{{{{{{{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}}}}}}}}}} to you all, hope you get something sorted soon.

:( Mandy, Mark and Becky. We had similar problems when we moved over here trying to get a date sorted for Katie to start Primary school - it's even more stress when you've got schools/colleges, isn't it.

Really hope someone comes along soon. You know, I really do believe that YOUR house is out there (may be even the one you've just lost) - it's all down to the Fates. That's what happened to us and whilst it was hell going through it at the time, the end result was fantastic.

Hang in there, guys.

:grouphug: to you from us xx

Buying and selling a house is so stressful but when you have a timeline to contend with as well it must be really awful. Really sorry to hear you’re having so much trouble.

Have you thought of renting? or is this just not an option.

Annmarie

Sorry to hear this, you must be gutted and frustrated :( We had the same thing before buying this house and lost the house we wanted. Eventually we found this one and it's worked out so much better. I'm sure they'll be something even better out there for you. Sending big hugs and lots of pixie dust.

Angel, I know what you're going through. Last year our purchasers pulled out on the day of exchange. We lost the flat we were purchasing and it took another 7 months to sell our flat. However the new flat we purchased this year is even better than the one we lost out on so things do turn out for the best sometimes. Hope things go well for you.

Best wishes

Florida Lol

OH NO:(

It seemed to be going well, too well I guess:rolleyes:

Hang in there it will be OK in the end (however long THAT takes:mad: )

Aww :( I am sorry to hear this...Hope you get sorted very soon, and you find the perfect home for you and your family, which I am sure you will, I agree it's all down to fate, and what it has mapped out for you, maybe the house you lost wasnt meant to be? you never know...I really hope you get sorted you was so happy...:o

Good Luck, and Loads of Hugs!!! ::yes::

Oh no :(

Let's hope this is a case of 'every cloud' having a 'silver lining' and that something even better will be round the corner!

Is it Reading inBerkshire you are moving to, if so that's where I live - great place, great shops! etc.
If you need any help sending info on the area or houses etc please just ask
hope it all goes well soon

Oh this is sucky news indeed :(

I'm keeping everything crossed for you all.

Hugs

Oh darn it :( ... I'm so sorry to hear this news you two.

Fingers crossed you get a buyer again really quickly and everything starts moving again soon.

I hate the moving process but have come to the conclusion all the disappointments are just part of the bigger plan and the house you do get will be just perfect - promise ya!! :)

Love, Astrid xx

thanks everyone....Sam, you said it! Sucky news indeed!:(

Gill, yes thats the Reading:sunny: thanks for the offer.

Oh no! So sorry, guys. I don't believe in fate, but I do think that in situations like this you often end up feeling more satisfied with the way things turn out in the long run. I know that doesn't help you now - you must be so disappointed.

There are lenders out there who offer 100% mortgages. Have the Russians tried a broker?
