Well, the bags are packed....the kids are tucked into bed and they have no clue that we are going to Disney. They still think that we are bringing Nana to the airport I can't wait to see their faces!!! Stay tuned....I will start my TR just as soon as I get back and get the pics uploaded! Thanks for reading! Hey Everyone!!! We're back from the World! I'm sorry that it has taken so long for me to get an update going. We survived our trip and the kids were so surprised!!! They really had no clue until we told them at the airport. It was great. I wish the rest of the trip would have been just as great though. Let's just say that it wasn't the most "Magical" trip that we could have had. I will get into it all soon. I have a sinus infection right now and am not feeling all that great...I do want to leave you with the "Big Reveal" video though and I will have a day by day update soon. Please excuse the way eveyone looks (hair...lol) it was 4:15am!!! Hope you enjoy!!!

Love the video! Your son pinching himself is hilarious and your girls are so sweet!! "Thank you mommy"! Awww....(I heard hubby in the back..."Mommy"?) Ha! They know who does all the planning, don't they?

Ok so after I posted the previous update, I decided to go ahead and tell you all about day one.

We arrived at the airport at about 4:15am for our 6am flight. The kids were beyond excited, and just couldn't believe that we had surprised them like that. They didn't know that DBFF and her family were on the same flight until we saw then inside the airport at the SW counter checking their baggage. They were all very excited! Here are a few pics of the kids at the airport after they found out:

THIS IS SYDNEY.....SHE WAS A LITTLE CONFUSED ABOUT THE WHOLE THING. IT TOOK HER A LITTLE WHILE TO WRAP HER HEAD AROUND WHAT WAS GOING ON...LOL

HERE IS EMMA. ALL SMILES! SHE WAS SO READY TO GO AND SO APPRECIATIVE!

I DON'T THINK THAT PEYTON COULD HAVE SMILED ANY BIGGER!!!

Bags were checked, and security was a breeze. All we had to do was wait for boarding. The kids got such a kick out of seeing the plane!

We boarded pretty quickly and everyone got buckled up and was more than ready to go. My kiddos were really excited! Here we are before we took off!

Our flight was a little bumpy, but everyone did well. We had to skirt the Gulf coast instead of flying over b/c of Hurricane Ike. The kids did pretty good with their ears until we descended. Emma and Sydney were in tears right before we landed in Orlando, but they forgot all about it when I told them that we were already in Florida!!

Here are a few pics from their first flight! Unfortunately I don't have any pics of DS Peyton, b/c he was sitting with DH. Our seatbelt light stayed on just about the whole flight so I wasn't able to get up and walk around....

After we arrived in Orlando, we hopped the monorail type thingy to baggage claim and that is where we saw the driver from FL tours that we has hired to drive us to POR. We gathered the luggage and he loaded it into the 10 passenger van and we were off to POR for the first time ever!!!

How would check in go???
Would our room be ready???

I just read your entire pre trip report this morning and now I am hooked! I can't wait to read the rest. We are surprising our kids in Dec. with their first ever trip to Disney World. We are planning on telling them at the airport as well.
