Hello everyone, we got back last night, will be doing a TP soon, maybe start of week, took nearly 1000 photos and a few hours of video, but heres the highs and lows

Highs;
EVERYTHING!!
love love love hotel new york, deff going back there again
its just so magical there
the studio's, out of the 2 parks this is my fave.
Jonah's face lighting up every 2 mintues, he loved it
Jonah loving playhouse disney live
Stitch live was amazing, i loved it
Cinemaqic was fantasic, much better than expected
Getting straight on any rides within a couple of mintues, using my mum's disabled pass, even on buzz, only had to wait 30 seconds, apose to the 25 mintue q outside!!
Rainforest cafe was great, the food was lovely, best of the week!
Love the interior of the stores, so magical and so detailed
Shareholder discount, Saved about £400 between all of us, yes we did spend loads haha
Last day, bought some extra gifts, the cast member for some reason made a mistake, instead of getting 15% off, manage to go 35% off, result!! haha
Managed to buy all of Jonah's birthday presents and a couple of christmas ones too :)

Lows;
We got there on monday, didnt know it was a local bank holiday, so the park was busy, plus since being up at 1am ready to go to the airport, the crowds and being tired didnt help the mood that first day
The VEA shuttle on the way to the park, sorry i know its cheap, but it really isnt for me, i hated the crowds and pushing, so quickly booked the EZY shuttle for comming home (which was very peaceful and easy)
Charles de gaul airport, oh my goodness, wont be flying from there again anytime soon, we were there for check in opening, 2 hours before flight, but with all the q's and the hassle of trying to check in my mum;s walker and passporet control and everything, we just got to the gate for the flight, 2 mintues after the flight was meant to have left, and then suddenly they telling us, oh the flight is delayed 15 mintues, its ok, well it wasnt 15 mintues more like an hour! But they were so checky tho, since my mum had to put her walker in at check in, it took her a little while to walk there. They treated us like scum. Thats when i realised we where not at disney no more, and were back in the real world :(

next time we're doing the eurostar!

oh and before our trip, mum was saying if we like it, we will go again the summer before jonah stars school ( in 3 years) but now she is already talking about another trip next year!! yay!!!

Glad the highs out wayed the lows. :thumbsup2

I hate CDG and I've got to use it everytime I want to go anywhere  so I totally understand

Thought about you on the Monday morning as they were threatening industrial action at the airport and I thought your flight might be delayed arriving

Look forward to the TR and hearing about all your shopping :goodvibes

Going via Eurostar realy is hassel free especialy on the direct service, we always go to DLP via train.

It's a real shame to hear how you were treaded at Charles de gaul, they could have offered your mum the use of a wheel chair.

Glad to hear you had a nice time in DLP.

Welcome back :goodvibes

Glad you had such a good time. It's lovely to see your lo's so amazed by it all.

Look forward to the tr :)

Glad you had a great trip will await the TR when we get back!!!!!!

Welcome back! :wave2: I like how your Mum is already planning for next year!! :thumbsup2

Welcome back!
Looking forward to the photos. :goodvibes

HNY was lovely wasn't it...

Glad you had a lovely time and hope you're planning on doing a trip report. :flower3:

Glad you had a great time and are planning the next trip already:goodvibes

Looking forward to the trip report:goodvibes

Glad you had a wonderful time :)

We always go by Eurostar and find it so easy.

Sounds like a great trip overall. Its a pity theres always someone rude that can put a downer on things. Airport staff sometimes seem to have shorter fuses but good to see your Mum enjoyed the trip and has the Disney bug now too!

I liked CDG!!! Im a strange one though  I thought the escalators were great fun :rotfl:
We were early coming back and lucky to meet no queues at all in CDG but we'll be allowing more time on the next trip with the kids and the buggy.
HNY sounds fab.
Its really magical to see it thru a childs eyes
Looking forward to reading all about it popcorn::

Great to hear you had such a great time overall. Have you booked the next trip yet, lol?!

You have convinced me to book a shuttle from the airport, I had been thinking about trying the vea.

How was your early morning flight? We are on the same one next weekend!

Looking forward to reading your trip report :thumbsup2

Did they still have hot items available on the breakfast buffet at HNY? I've just read on another forum that DH & HNY no longer offer these as part of their buffet but only cooked to order for an extra charge:scared1: This was a major bonus for us as we really enjoyed it last time we stayed there.

Sounds like you had a fab trip. 18 days till we go :cool1:

Was wondering if you could shed some light on the disabled badge for rides? I am registered disabled and this would be great for us.
