WOW! I love the t-shirts. So. . . .you can BUY transfer paper? Where, how much is it??? That would be GREAT! We could easily do those, I love your designs too!

Yes you can buy transfer paper (but if you use dark colored shirts make sure you get transfer paper for dark colors) I learned the hard way! We got ours at Michael’s it was $9.99 for 10 sheets also the had there t-shirts on sale for 2 for $5! I photoshoped all of the pictures I found online to customize ours I think they turned out pretty good! They are very easy goodluck!

Hi, Guys! I am excited for you, and I think it is great that you have jumped right in. Your plans look great, and I'm sure TGM will keep you straight. I always use the Unofficial Guide, but they are very similar. I did want to suggest allears.net, if you haven't found it yet. Also, subscribe to their newsletter and you will get a weekly update. I'm sure you have read a lot of the tips on this board and other sites. I keep a Word file open and copy and paste hints to that so I won't forget them. I know you will have a wonderful time. It is a little intimidating to take on the expense at first, but it's the one place that we always feel we have gotten our money's worth on vacation. We are staying at Pop in May fir the first time there, and I am looking forward to that also. I am enjoying your pre-trippie.

Sorry for the long time between updates, but things have been hectic! My birthday, my nieces birthday, coming back form spring break, but I'm sure you all know how that goes. The countdown continues, and I think we're at 40 days now. I guess that's the good thing about being busy, we don't have much time time to wish for vacation to get here Anyway, we're still fine tuning our plans and adjusting where we need to, but I think we've almost got it together.

I know this isn't much of an update, but we just wanted to check in with you all and let you know that we havn't dropped off the face of the earth and are still chugging along to the finish line. Hopefully we'll have the rest of the tshirts finished in the next few days (More pictures!) and our iteneraries printed and laminated (Even more pictures!). Thanks for hanging in there, and I promise, as we get closer, we'll make sure we post more and more!

I stumbled onto your post after searching for help for a possible Disney trip; I'm such a newbie that I'm practically a premie, and I'm cracking up over your posts. Love the shirts, by the way, especially the Pixar shirts.

I too have only been to Disney once and for just a few hours, and what I remember of it wasn't enjoyable. Events being what they are in the world, I am hoping to get into Disney World for a little cheerfulness and a better experience than last time. But I have no idea when that'll be. Now that I'm doing research, I can't help but feel a little overwhelmed.

But! Good luck on your trip! It sounds like you're gonna have a blast!

It is overwhelming and I think at one point I got a little burned out on all of the reseach and planning! (I know how could anyone feel that way!) We are back on track and loving everyday that we can make a day off of our countdown calendar! I'm sure all of the planning we are ALL doing on the DIS boards is going to be well worth it! I hope you have a better trip then the last!

I'm so glad you like the Princess one my DD LOVES it! (I'll pm you with the link!) I found one of those on the DIS and the jedi Mickey and Stitch is photoshopped from some pics I found online! It has been so much fun making our own t-shirts and it's going to save on buying them in DW!

Just found your report from one of your posts on another thread. Great report . We will also be there in 29 days, we check into Old Key West on May 26th.
We have been many times, but I still get excited every time. And since I found DIS last year ... and we bought DVC
I just wish my DW was as excited. Don't get me wrong, she likes going, she is just past the comando stage.

I might caution you about some of the travel you have planned btwn resorts, etc. I love using the transportation system more than anyone, but it sometimes takes longer than you would expect. And for example you can not catch a bus directly from POP to Contemporary.

Sorry it's been so long, but, as usual, everything has been pure chaos. 12 days out and, of course, we're feeling like we're not prepared AT ALL. So, after much deliberation, we decided to NOT change the ADR's again and just go with what we have. I've made some itenerary cards (Laminated, of course!) that will HOPEFULLY be easier to keep track of than full sheets of paper to try to make things a little more manageable. They'll be folded over so that the maps are on the back.

We're fully stocked with LGMH's to make our presence known...

We got our luggage tags in the mail, and let me tell you, THAT was exciting!

And you can't beat the $4.99 T-shirts at the Disney Store!

And of course, for our little princess, a princess shirt!

I also made up our mousekeeping envelopes which we'll have ready to go before we leave. We're all about making things easy and smooth once we're there, so we can focus on the important things, like having fun!

Well, that's about where we stand. Everything that can be packed is, it's too late to change any ADR's, movies for the ride down and back are picked out, and the days keep slipping by, so now all there is to do is wait. And wait. And then remember a million things we havn't done and freak out for a little while! Thanks for hanging in there with us!

Thanks! I used Illustrator, not photoshop. Pretty similar, but Illustrator is more for layout instead of pictures and text looks alot better with it, or at least that's what all my professors when I was in school drilled into my head.

YIKES!!! I haven't even thought about writing the "trip report"...

We have been planning this trip for so long no I think I have taken all of the fun out of it. Yeah I know we are going to the "Happiest Place on Earth" and I have taken all of the fun, excitement, and joy out of ever bit of it. I don't know if anyone of you all have ever felt that way but that's the way I'm feeling right now. Maybe it's just stress I hope the excitement comes back once we get their!!

I know that when I plan vacations, I've gotten that way. Thinking of all the things that you must do before you leave and things you must do while you're there can just be too much. What helped me was to take a small rest once we got to wherever it was we were going, and tell myself that this is what we've worked toward so now it's time to relax and have fun. Sometimes harder to say than do, but there's always the possibility of going back! Plus, the excitement just builds once you see that entrance to Disney World sign.
