Wellesley - Kissimmee/Lake Cecile

Anyone have any info on this hotel? It is on W. Orlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. and is supposed to be new. I have ressies for the Wellesley - SouthPark, but wanted something a little closer. Anyone know which one of these is better? We are only staying one night so we don't need a kitchen if there isn't one. We're just heading there from MNSSHP. The next day we're off to Port Canaveral for DCL.
